All the food is very flavorful very authentic. This place has not let me down anytime I've ate there!! And the customer service is right on top very very nice people!!

For the only place around for 20 miles it's definitely convenient and decently priced

Horrible service...

I celebrated my birthday yesterday in this delicious restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a cool evening and the restaurant was absolutely the reason for this happy celebration. The team cooperated in a graceful way, the cuisine was very good and my buddies were extremely pleased. We shall definitely return for more celebrations. thanks very much.

Horrible food, horrible service. They short change you with the food. Next time try counting the shrimps or scallops before you leave. Will NEVER go there again.

Best Chinese food in NE Wisconsin that I have found to date.

We ordered and didn't get our food for over 45 mins and when they brought the rest of it 20 mins later it was cold and the chicken on a stick was beyond burnt. The lady that runs the place is super rude. We went there a year ago and had terrible service a long wait and barely OK food so I was craving Chinese food and thought its a family run local businesses let's give them another chance but NEVER AGAIN!

Good Take Out. The Orange Chicken and Shrimp and Pea Pods were very good. I was happy at the good food in a small place in a small town.

It’s one of the best places around the area and they serve great food. My wife and I are from Appleton but we often passed by this town and stop by to get some to go orders. Their generals chicken is the best and also the crab Rangoon’s. Should check it out, folks!

Used to eat here 2+ times per week, and was my favorite Chinese place. Now under new ownership, food is bland and often tastes spoiled (assuming they aren't selling their food fast enough since it's gone so down hill). There really is no service, you have to ask for everything you want. The servers are kids who would rather watch TV behind the counter or play on their phones. The place has gotten real dirty and there are boxes everywhere up front where the soda machine/service station used to be. Cannot recommend to anyone anymore. Have to travel out of town for decent Chinese food.

I had chicken almandine. The vegetables were good but the chicken was mushy. My husband had Gen Tzu's Chicken and it was runny and no flavor. VERY disappointed and wont return.. not a clean place and the server was not rude but we had to ask for everything we needed.. They really need to clean it up and atleast come to serve with less attitude.

Never have I ever had such horrible service in my life! Waitress/ owner is super rude! Slams dishes on the table in front of you and hastily takes your order while rolling her eyes! Our food was unsatisfactory! We ordered crab Rangoon which were lukewarm with ice cold sauce. We then proceeded to our sesame chicken meals which were ice cold. Waited at least 15 minutes before i walked to counter myself. Women brought me the bill and when I told her we wanted warm food she seemed so surprised. We waited another 20 minutes for our fresh food while listening then complain about us in the back room. When food finally arrived waitress/owner brought our plates to table and walked away, not a single I'm sorry! But she sure was in a rush to give us bill and boxes! Never will we ever come back to this restaurant again! I'm disgusted!

Now that it's under new management the food has gotten awful. Ordered cashew chicken. Chicken tasted spoiled, too much sauce and I couldn't eat it. Ordered coke and it was generic coke from back room not soda machine up front. Place was not very clean. Rude service. I won't return.

Refuses to answer phone. Snotty teenage employees just let it ring for days. Good food if they could just get the front staff in gear

Food is good but the place is a mess. Walls are dirty and bathrooms smell bad. Recomend take out only.

Will give you food poisoning and not care. Two out of the three times I've ordered egg drop soup it has been spoiled. They refried old crab rangoon and put it in mine and my friend's to go order most recently. They were colder, hard, fishy smelling and sour. We were throwing up for hours afterwards. I called them nicely and just let them know incase they served it to a child or someone with a weaker immune system and they hung up on me with no sign of empathy at all.

Edible, but nothing special. Two of the three meals were bland. The third (general tso) was over fried, swimming in sauce, and way to sweet.Price and portion size were good. All in all, I'll pass on this place in the future.
